Jin Ping'er sought help from Gui Li, who stopped Lu Xueqi from chasing her. This sparked Lu's jealousy, thinking they were lovers. After confronting Gui Li, Lu asked for clarity, relieved by Gui Li's answer. They strolled through Tianshui Village's stunning scenery, where Lu reminisced about her past with Gui Li (Zhang Xiaofan) and confessed her love. However, their differing backgrounds made Lu fear they couldn't be together and might turn enemies. To avoid regrets, Lu performed her sword dance for Gui Li one last time.
